Retired from racing in September 2012, Debonair has been successfully competing in show jumping with his new owner. A bay son of Agnes Tachyon, his most distinguished achievement was making the field for the G1 Japanese Derby.
Affectionately called Debu, he is now ridden daily, and has won prefectural showjumping events for owner Yasuko Sawai who is steadily moving up the amateur level ranks.
